প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিচিতিঃ দেশের উন্নয়ন ও সমৃদ্ধির ধারা অব্যাহত রাখতে ১৯৮১ সালে বিদ্যুৎ, জ্বালানি ও খনিজ মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীনে গবেষণার উপর ভিত্তি করে উন্নয়ন প্রকল্প হিসাবে বাংলাদেশ পেট্রোলিয়াম ইন্সটিটিউট (বিপিআই) নামে একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান স্থাপন করা হয়। মূলত তেল, গ্যাস, খনিজ খাতে কর্মরত কর্মকর্তা ও পেশাজীবিদের কারিগরি, প্রশাসনিক ও আর্থিক বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে দক্ষ জনবল সৃষ্টি, উচ্চতর গবেষণা, পেট্রোলিয়াম সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে যাবতীয় ডাটার সমন্বয়ে একটি ব্যবস্থাপনা ব্যাংক এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে সরকারকে সহযোগিতা করা এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের মূল উদ্দেশ্য। এছাড়াও এটি দেশীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ের সরকারি, বেসরকারি সংস্থা ও বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে সম্পর্ক স্থাপন এবং বিভিন্ন কর্মকাণ্ডে যৌথ কর্মসূচি পালনে মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। নিয়োগ পদ্ধতিঃ বাংলাদেশ পেট্রোলিয়াম ইন্সটিটিউটের প্রবিধানমালা অনুসারে ২ ভাবে নিয়োগ দেয়া হয়। ক) সরাসরি নিয়োগের মাধ্যমে। খ) পদোন্নতির  মাধ্যমে। বাংলাদেশ পেট্রোলিয়াম ইন্সটিটিউটে সাধারণত ৩টি পদে রসায়ন অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয় থেকে নিয়োগ কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করা হয়। পদসমূহের বিস্তা...
